Watershed Technical Evaluations

Technical Evaluations for Sediment-Related TMDL Development in the Gualala River, Garcia River, Van Duzen River, North Fork and Upper Eel River, and South Fork Trinity River Watersheds Reviewed and compiled existing sediment and river network data (North Fork and Upper Eel Rivers). Conducted air photo analysis of mass wasting features for multiple photo years. Conducted statistically based field studies to map, classify, and quantify sediment sources, including mass wasting, bank erosion and gullying for the Gualala, Van Duzen, North Fork Eel, upper Eel, South Fork Trinity Rivers. Developed sediment source allocations and sediment source information for the Gualala, Garcia and Van Duzen Rivers. (Tetra-Tech, Inc., Fairfax, VA.)
